ARTE LAGUNA PRIZE CELEBRATES 20 YEARS WITH A GROUP EXHIBITION IN SHANGHAI IN 2025

Venice, October 2025 – Arte Laguna Prize reaches a new milestone in 2025, celebrating 20 years of activity dedicated to Contemporary Art, confirming its status as a benchmark for emerging international artists. The Exhibition will be hosted by EKA-Tianwu in Shanghai, occupying 1,500 square meters of a former factory that has been completely regenerated into a new cultural and economic hub. This unique space integrates various art forms to offer the public an immersive viewing experience.

The event, sponsored by official Italian institutions and several professional partners, is important for promoting artistic exchange between Asia and the rest of the world. Established in 2006, the Prize is one of the most influential awards in the world of art and design. This Exhibition will display 120 prize-winning and excellent works from around the globe, encompassing painting, sculpture, photography, video, digital art, and more.

Arte Laguna Prize is the international Contemporary Art competition that welcomes and exhibits emerging artists of all ages, countries, genres, and artistic backgrounds. Through a constantly expanding network, it offers numerous opportunities for artists to broaden their contacts, gain global visibility, and access resources for professional development.

The opportunity for the selected artists is unique: the city of Shanghai represents one of the most important and valued Contemporary Art markets globally, positioning emerging artists alongside established ones, and drawing in a diverse audience of enthusiasts, collectors, curators, and gallerists ready to discover new talent from around the world.
